Queen Mary Falls are found in Main Range National Park on the McPherson Range near the New South Wales/Queensland border.
The 40 m waterfall is located 50 km south-east of Warwick, 10 km east of the town of Killarney in Queensland, Australia. Queen Mary Falls are on Spring Creek, a tributary of the Condamine River.
The falls formed when water erosion by streams created gorges through layers of basalt and resistant trachyte.
The falls are currently retreating as large blocks at the bottom of the falls were not evident in photos taken in the 19th century.
Facilities at the falls include toilets, tables and fireplaces.
