Billing:
Calls are billed post paid until a cap is reached and thereafter it will be prepaid. The cap is based depending on credit history with BreedeNet.
Number Porting:
The ability to keep your Telkom number is possible. This is called number porting. It costs R250 once-off per number and R10 per month extra.

Voice Services - Information
New VOIP call rates as of March 1st, 2011.
VOIP call rates can be configured as a per minute billing account and a per second billing account. The per second billing has no initial connection charges and you only pay for the seconds you use. Likewise, the per minute billing charge in 30-second increments.
Therefore if you tend to make longer calls, per minute has more advantages, but if you make shorter calls, per second is the option to take.
