Title: ierland 2015 # 15 Dublin

Ons het een Vrydag Dublin toe gery om my broer en sy vrou op die lughawe te gaan kry. Hy was in Parys vir vergadering en toe het hulle vir ons kom kuier in Ierland.
Vrydagaand het ons in 'n Hotel sowat 25 km voor Dublin geslaap en Saterdag oggend is ons met die Dart ( metro train) in stad toe.
Ons en hulle het so draai gaan maak in Dublin die Saterdag maar een dag is hopeloos te kort, maar dis beter as niks.

Eerste is ons na die Trinity college toe, om die Book of kells te gaan kyk en ook die biblioteek se longroom.

The book of Kells is die eerste 4 evangelies wat deur monnike van Kells op kalfvel geskryf is. DIt is latyn en dit is in 500 NC geskryf. Die boek het uitstekend behoue gebly. Ons mag nie fotos neem daar nie.
die kollege is 1592 gestig. Die book of kells is in 1661 geskenk

Gaan toe in die biblioteek in. Die vertrek is 65 meter lank en huisves 200 000 van hulle oudste boeke.

Mens sien nou die goed en dink dis oud.....my broer vertel hyt iewers in Europa ook na sulke ou goed gekyk en in hulle groep was iemand van die midde ooste, Korinthe dink ek, toe seg die man, julle dink die goed is oud.......kom kyk by ons wat is oud......onthou Paulus het vir ons 'n brief geskryf.
